GAP is a unique coverage program that protects the customer from financial disaster in the event the customer's vehicle is stolen or totaled. As a vehicle gets older, the actual cash value (ACV) declines, while the lease or loan balance may remain higher than what the insurance company will pay out leaving the vehicle owner liable for the difference between what the insurance company pays and what is owed.
Using special tools and techniques developed by auto manufacturing teams, our nationwide network of technicians are able to permanently remove door dings and minor dents.
The process is seamless and will not harm a vehicle's factory finish.
In the event the customer's vehicle is stolen and not recovered, they will receive a cash benefit which can be used towards the purchase or lease of a replacement vehicle.
Environmental Paint Protection protects vehicle against acid rain, inclement weather elements, tree sap, and bird dropping.
Fabric Protection to protect against most fast-food stains, i.e., soda, coffee, mustard, ketchup, french fries!
Leather & Vinyl Protection for leather and vinyl that can be damaged by fast food stains and harmful UV rays from the sun.
Road hazards that are covered: potholes, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic or composite scraps or any item causing tire, wheel or rim damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Coverage includes repair or replacement coverage for tire and rims (including mounting, balancing, and taxes) and emergency road assistance benefit.
More benefits: flat tire coverage, wheel/rim protection, tire replacement, and mounting/balancing and taxes.
Our repair professionals can repair many types of chips and breaks, including cracks up to six inches long, approximately the size of a dollar bill. If the bill covers the damage, it is likely that the windshield can be saved without replacement.
Maximum Vehicle Protection provides 24 hour emergency towing and roadside assistance, windshield repair protection, tire and wheel protection and dent and ding protection.
In the event the vehicle's key/remote is lost, stolen or destroyed this service will pay for a replacement key/remote.
