What is Covered - Motor Home Coverage Details
1. Engine (Gas/Diesel)
Cat, Cummins, GM, Ford, MB, Detroit: ECU, internally lubricated parts including pistons, pins, and rings; connecting rods, crankshaft and main bearing, camshaft, camshaft followers, and cam bearings, valves, retainers, spring;, and lifters; rocker arms, shafts, and; timing gear, chain, or belt, tensioners and retainers, eccentric shaft. Engine head and engine block if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part, intake, engine mounts and cushions, timing cover, valve cover(s), harmonic balancer, vacuum pump. Diesel Engine Components, fuel injection pump and fuel heater Turbocharger Components All internally lubricated parts within the turbocharger housing, Turbocharger housing is covered if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part. (ecu allowance $500 after 5 years) Detroit Diesel DDEC Surcharge must be added.
2. Transmission
Allison, Ford, GM, ZF: ECU and All internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case and torque converter, vacuum modulator, internal linkage, mounts,. Transmission case and Transfer case if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part. (ecu allowance $500 after 5 years)
3. Drive Axle and Tag Axle:
Drive Axle And Tag Axle: All internally lubricated parts contained within the differential housing, transaxle housing and final drive housing. Axle shafts, constant velocity joints, universal joints, drive shafts, hub bearings, supports, retainers, and bearing. Differential housing, transaxle housing, and final drive housing if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part. *Surcharge for ZF
4. Suspension
Air Components including: air bags/springs, air dryer, air compressor, air tank, auto bleeder valve, diaphragm, treadle, compensating valve, level adjusters, strut bar, upper and lower control arms, control arm shaft, steering knuckles, wheel bearings, stabilizer shaft linkage, kingpin, torsion bars, spindle and spindle supports, coil and leaf springs. (rubber components to 10 years/80K mi)
5. Steering
All internally lubricated parts of the steering gear box and gear housing if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part, pinion gear, power steering pump, main and intermediate steering column shafts and couplings, cooler and cooler lines, power cylinder, Pitman arm, idler arm, drag links, control valve and hyd. cylinder.
6. Chassis / Coach Air Conditioner
Compressor, clutch, clutch pulley, condenser switch and condenser, evaporator, POA valve, accumulator, orifice tube, temperature control programmer, power module, idler pulley and bearing, receiver dryer, blower motor, high/low cutoff switches, pressure cycling switch. P.C. Boards.
7. Engine Heating/Cooling
Water pump, including impeller shaft, bearings and bushings, heater core, fan, fan motor, fan shroud and electric block heater.
8. Fuel Delivery
Primary electric or mechaical fuel pump, metal fuel lines, fuel distributor, primary and secondary fuel injection pump, vacuum assist booster, and auxiliary tank switch, fuel solenoids. *Issues related to ULSD are not covered (Lift pump seals and gaskets, etc.)
9. Brakes
Air Brake Components Compressor, solenoids,splitter,tank, auto bleeder valve, diaphragm, treadle, disc caliper, compensating valve. Hyd Components: Master cylinder, power and vacuum booster, wheel cylinders, combination valve, disc calipers, power brake cylinder, backing plates, clips, springs, and actuators.
10. Electrical
Inverter, Convertor, Starter, alternator, voltage regulator, distributor, solenoid, relays, manually operated switches, wiper motors, dash gauges, power window motors and regulators, mirror motors and controls, power antenna and motors, seat motors, power door locks, bay door motor, cruise control transducer, engagement switch, turn signal switch.
11. Chassis Electronic High-Tech
Fuel injection sensors, electronic ignition module, electronic sensors and controller, electronic information display and module.(ecm/ecu to 10 yrs)
12. Seals and Gaskets
All seals and gaskets and sealing boots are covered for all components covered by this plan on new vehicles current model year plus Eight Years and 80K Total Miles.
13. Water Heater (Gas/Elec)
Water tank, thermostat, thermocouple, gas valve, electronic ignition assembly, burner, circ pump, and P.C. Board.
14. Waste System
Electric or mechanical flush toilets: Motor, pump, solenoid, mascerator, vacuum breaker, float assembly, ball valve, slide valve, holding tanks, gate valves and connections.
15. Fresh Water System
Water pump, compressor, water tanks, water lines, traps, fittings, and faucets.
16. Air Conditioning/Ventilation
Compressor, evaporator, capacitors, relays, thermostat condenser P.C. Boards, and fan/blower.
17. Gas/Electric Range and Oven
Burner assembly, thermostat, thermocouple, burner valve,fan, door, hood, boards.
18. L.P. Gas System
Regulators, Solenoids, switches, pigtails, fittings.
19. Heating System (Gas/Elec)
Furnace, igniter, burner assembly, thermocouple, gas valve, thermostat, blower motor, and P.C. Board. Electric heat pump, blower, controls, heat strips.
20. Slideouts (Electric and Hyd)

21. Powerplant/Generator

22. Towing and Road Service
In the event of a breakdown covered by this contract, we will cover you for receipted towing and road service expenses up to a maximum of UNLIMITED dollars per occurrence.(void where prohibited)(*only applies to new customers after 6/1/2009)
23. Trip Interruption Benefits -
Reimbursement of Up To $200 a day for up to five days – $100 max per day lodging - $50 per day food - $50 for car rental if no tow vehicle. Benefits apply if you are more than 200 miles from home and a repair facility needs to keep your RV in the shop overnight or longer to repair a covered breakdown. If RV must be kept in repair shop for more than a week then Airfare benefits are also available (void where prohibited)(*applies to new customers after 6/1/2009)
